Carriage Charges

The cost of shipping is calculated according to the weight of your order and your delivery location. Please note a surcharge may be applied to your order if the address is a non-industrial /commercial address and remote area. (no except free of charge delivery fee)

Collection service

We also offer a FREE collection service which is being operated in this promotion period. To take advantage of this service simply select the 'Collection' shipping type within your shopping cart. Collection Requirements

Please remember to bring a copy of your order confirmation email and personal I.D. when collecting your order.

If you wish for another person to collect your order, please provide them with an email granting permission for them to collect the order on your behalf. Please note that this email should be sent from the same email address that you have used to register an account with CheeseBB.com.
