We recommend our clients to inspect goods ordered and received from our delivery team.
If there is any discrepancy against your ordered specification, please keep the goods intact, mark at the receipt the problem and email us at your earliest convenience.
You may like to let us know within 48 hours from your receipt of goods about the alleged defects of goods with photo(s) showing clearly the goods and the delivery document.
We shall have our customer service team checked the delivery service detail and replace an item fit for you if it is a proven defect.
